Jeremiah is the founder and CEO of Patriot Holdings, which is an alternative commercial real estate investment firm based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Patriot Holdings focuses on cash flow producing properties, including: mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, and industrial properties.
